I'll be downloading the demo when it's released for the PC to give it a try. The only thing I can say at the moment is that PunkBuster wasn't intergrated perfectly which is a shame.

Send a PM to Rude Dude and ask him to remove the server from his account. You can then apply for your own streaming account.

What version of ET are you running your server in? I have no idea why it would show localhost instead of their true IP. Most likely a mod related bug, which is why I suggested that you should post on the mod forums for that issue. /rcon status should always be used IMO. BTW...there's an edit button at the bottom right of each post you make.

You didn't state the server mods in your first post, so I just took a wild guess since Jaymod is more popular. Are you sure it was him kicking everyone? What messages was displayed to the players who were kicked?

Check your logs for the kick command being sent. If you enabled admin logging, it should be logged to admin.log in your Jaymod directory. If not, check your console logfile for any rcon commands being sent. The IP address the rcon command was sent from will also be logged. For the 'localhost' issue, you may be best asking on the Jaymod forums. It's a Jaymod specific command, and they may be able to address the issue in more detail. /rcon status may have shown the true IP address at the time.

Moved to appropriate section. How long had he been connected before you issued the finger command. Also, did you try /rcon status?

Are you playing on wireless by any chance?

Is this on every server you go on, or just one?

Can you confirm that the kicks are still happeneing at the time I am making this post?

Relentless; I connected to the |>B<| #1 server and didn't experience any issues. Has the problem now gone away, or are you continuing to experience these problems? If the problem still exists for some of your players, send the rcon command 'pb_sv_ver' and see what it returns. An update for PB (server side) was released on Monday 23rd June, and the result should show that the server is running version v1.673.

I, personally, haven't had an issue with the kicks and haven't had anyone booted from my server for it, either. However, there are a lot of complaints that this is occuring. I'd suggest sending in a trouble ticket to EvenBalance (send it as a player, not an admin) to get the issue resolved.

Now your servers are streaming, visit the MCi (Master Config Index) by clicking here. Click 'Download Both'. Remove any cvar checks you don't want from the pbsvuser.cfg file under 'suggested cvar checks'. Upload it to your server, and restart PunkBuster (pb_sv_restart). This will give your server additional protection.

Sparky: I, personally, like to setup streaming via FTP. Download the required configs by clicking here, and upload the two files contained within the .zip to your server's PB folder. Next issue the rcon command 'pb_sv_restart' to restart PunkBuster. Your server is then configured to stream. The final step is to apply for a streaming account by clicking the 'Account Application' link on the homepage of PBBans.com.

The banning of servers is an EvenBalance issue. We have no say over the matter, not any control over it.

Once you are streaming, you can set it up through your account manager.

I have no idea what the cause of the issue is, and since there have been no replies, it appears no one else does too. If you have reinstalled PunkBuster, and are still receiving the issue, you must submit a ticket to EvenBalance. If they do not reply after a considerable amount of time, bump the ticket. Streaming is different; it is our issue and not an EvenBalance issue; hence you will get more support from both the staff and all the other forum members who have their own server(s) streaming.

I don't see any posts from you asking for assitance streaming.

If you really want to keep the img url short, upload a copy of the userbar to www.tinypic.com. The resulting URL's are very short.

It's what you're after. EA need to get their act together and fix the issue.
