It looks like someone previously set up an account for streaming here for your team. Instead of simply creating new team accounts over and over we either put you in contact with the original registrant or we try to contact them ourselves. This is so that the account can be either transferred completely to you or updated accordingly. I take it there is no user named Tamp still in your community?

DICE have released Server Update R10 v2 with the following changes: - vars.idleTimeout and vars.idleBanRounds commands are now controllable on ranked servers - Crashfix when a player is reviving another player

To answer part 1. PB on its own only enforces 2 minute kicks for the majority of their violations. PBBans enforces a ban on the GUID that triggered the ban, for life across streaming servers. PB, does not accept Punkbuster screenshots as evidence against hackers, PBBans does as long as the server is streaming at the time. PBBans has its own MD5 detections. For some games we accept in game demos (COD4), PB doesn't.

Account activated, you're clear to add servers again. Please remember if no servers are added and streaming in the next 7 days, the account automatically deactivates itself.

Basically if you're more of a community site then a clan, all we ask is a pinned topic in your forums which states 1. Intention to stream 2. Server information (can be gametracker banner) 3. Contact details and in game names of all admins responsible for community/server. I hope that helps?

Streaming is currently offline, we're working to fix the issue as soon as possible. Accounts will automatically be upgraded back to streaming game admins once servers stream again.

Currently no servers are streaming due to this However once streaming resumes 176.31.196.134:1024 is a COD4 server which streams to PBBans.

I'm hoping it will ;) Until then however we need to wait unti everything is back online. If it's still not streaming after that, we can investigate further.

I've taken a quick look and changed added the server with the join port number, however I'm unable to check if it's going to work for streaming as the hub is currently offline

ok so am I reading right, you're not actually a member of HOH anymore and wish to setup your own/new clan to stream? if so I can remove you and your server from the existing account so you can apply in your own right and then zebouk will be left as Team Master user? Correct?

To add a server to the hub always use the join port, to run the webtool its the admin/rcon port.
