You should first check the times betwen the ss´s mabye he tried to fix it you dont want to ban some one that just had a bad install/corrupt texture file this happen to me once when i had played FEAR and after joined sof2 but all i had to do was restart the comp and it was all fine again

it is streaming but screenshots need to be submited manualy and he couldnt submit that as he never recived it :)
