ok had the server set up and streaming.. but it stopped working redid it all..
said i had to re-add server went to account mangment to add server but the add server button aint there anymore

Then click the "add server"

A server IP:Port is not isi1.isigame.net:27990 .. that is an address followed by a port, whats the IP ?

and last but not least, the sv_cheat.log posted is not streamed information and any tom dick or harry can alter it.

This is Streaming server but this player dont have any red Yawn.
How this is possible?
An admin can manually remove a ban by straming?

Yawn takes its info off the PBBans MBI and the pbguid af7d98dc4fc5244c827437ce2f3753dd does not appear on the MBI.
The reason is because PBBans was offline after 2 massive ddos attacks for a period of 2 weeks or so and the time/date stamp (01.22.2008 14:35:38) of the ban would suggest the player was caught during this time frame.
Whats the IP:Port of the streaming server ?
Streamed logs are not touched by anyone, including PBBans staff, they are streamed "live" and no one can alter information.

I have been gone awhile and after you guys were attacked, I wasn't around to get the server backup and streaming. I went in today and made the changes in the PBSV.cfg and restarted PB. For some reason it won't let me post in the private lobby and my server doesn't show up in account management. Any help would be appreciated.

This banlist is old. It's from 2007 and the hacker lives in GB. He can get a new IP with special programs or by disconnecting his router from the internet. It would ban him for 5 minutes. In Germany I get an new IP if I switch my PC off and on.
I was not taking information off the banlist you posted, I was taking it from the PBBans MPI, and the only info that we have is from 2007.

I see 8 pbguid's and the one constant linking them all is a solitary IP address.
pb_sv_banmask 84.68.207.13
and get the server streaming.

Theres an old saying "you get what you pay for" .. I find its as valid today as it ever was :)
Its a buyers market and a very competitve field, but if your initial e-mail query has gone 3 days without a response that might give you a clue as to what to expect.

Can an ADmin Check a player named ******* to see if he is a PReviously banned player? SAd that they are still amongst the Commuinty in Full Force.

The one thing we are not is a site were some random player off the internet posts up a player alias and asks for a check.
There is a facility on our main website to check player pbguid's.
Full checks using the PBBans MPI are reserved for admins that stream servers to PBBans.

No one will be put on the MBI for binding a key to a game feature.
If an issue is raised i.e. rof for a particular weapon(s) it should be addressed by the game devs in a patch.
Its that simple for us.

Long story short,i took someones kill by accident then the guy i took the kill from knifed me wtihout warning. Then i knifed him back (eye for an eye) then got punkbusted from 2142, i cannot play anygames at all now.
Is this a 24 hour ban or 1 week?

What you just described means the server admin has applied a local ban.
This would mean you can not join that one particular server only.
Are you sue you can not join other servers ?
If you can not join other servers you will need to tell us the exact message you get when trying to access them.
This is a privately run anti cheat site but we dont mind helping out people.

Streaming may well be working but unless the server is part of the system we will never know will we :P

Sorry for the late reply . But i believe we have both clan servers streaming to pbbans now :P
ps: I did find out you can manipulate PB guid in q4 just by messing around with com_guid in your config
I will post my usual reply to queries of this nature ;p
The one constant when a player connects to a PB enabled server is the server assigned pbguid that can be found in the sv logs.
It is this constant that is used by every anti cheat site when applying a ban.
Players can manipulate whatever they want on the client side, it makes not one jot of difference to the pbguid that the server assigns on connecting players.

how come i dont see any new bans getting announced while in my server?even the i have that flag check marked.... :unsure:
Is it possible your playing time has not coincided with a player receiving a ban on another server :P

Enemy Territory is one of the easier games to initiate streaming on :)
It's best done using the rcon method via a remote admin tool such as HLSW.
All you need to do is follow the simple guide here;

pbdns.dat is nothing to worry about.
The pbbans.dat is were all your server bans are stored.
The easiest way to manage your servers pbbans.dat from a PBBans.com perspective is to go to your team account - view servers - edit flags - check the enforce bans feature.
This has many advantages;
The PBBans Hub checks the connecting players pbguid against the Master Ban Index(MBI), because the Hub does the checking and not the server, it saves server resources .
It's an especially useful feature if your pbbans.dat contains a huge list of banned pbguid's from various anti cheat groups.
You never have to update or download any banlist from PBBans, the Hub will keep all players on the PBBans MBI off your server before they have time to join a team.
If an admin empties the banlist by mistake, anyone on the PBBans MBI will still not be able to join your server.
By checking the enforce bans flag via your team account, it leaves the server pbbans.dat completely free for you to do whatever you have to as regards other anti cheat sites methods of updating banlist's etc.

We have not banned 195.43.185.133 anywhere on the PBBans systems that I can see.

It looked good Bob...I never heard of that website before but I'm guessing many others have. Looks like both sites just helped each other out. You just gave him more traffic to his site and now people there know of pbbans and yourself and know pbbans means business and not to be taken lightly . Good work.
