And still you keep getting kicked? That indicates some other software i.e. firewall, antivirus, etc is conflicting with the PB.

If I am not wrong their is no PB command like that. Someone correct me if I am wrong. I think all he can do is manually change the pbbans.dat file or use this command:

All popular mods i.e. jaymod, NQ, etpub, etc enforces bans once it is stored in the shrub/.db files. Bans made by using PB are mostly stored in pbbans.dat file. If you are server admin I suggest you read this manual. http://evenbalance.com/publications/et-ad/index.htm

From lagometer it seems client side ping problem. It might happen due to your wifi or internet sharing or packet loss. I would suggest to stop all applications that uses the internet, such as Internet browsers, downloads, ICQ, Teamspeak, skype ect. Disable anti virus and firewall while playing ET. Adjust your maxpackets or rate. Also, try to lower your graphics settings and see how it goes. For packetloss you can type \showdrop 1 in console and it will show you if you are dropping packets or not.

I would suggest to check your firewall settings. Sometimes firewall keep blocking packets which results in loosing key packets or ignoring cvar queries kick. You also might want to ping the server IP and see your connection between the server and your PC. Type this in cmd line: ping -t server IP. Let it run for 10 mins and see if you have any packet loss. Sometimes bad server connection also triggers those kicks. I hope this helps.
