A browser and java being installed should be everything you need. If you're having problems with java you may want to go to their site and test your java installation. If all else fails you can setup streaming manually: http://www.pbbans.com/info-center-hubguide.html

On the Team Account it states the website is http://www.fragfest.elginbiz.com but there appears to be no active website at the address? It's part of our streaming requirements to have an active website - do you have a new one? does it meet these requirements (http://www.pbbans.com/forums/streaming-application-requirements-t82423.html)? If you feedback on the above we'll get you sorted as quickly as possible.

You'll need to recreate the greeting as all greetings were reset after our systems glitched out the other day.

MoH 2010 is a game which has persistently resulted in streaming problems and caused us issues in effectively supporting streaming for the game. Without the possession of server files we are unable to diagnose the cause, or a fix, for those technical issues and thus we have dropped support for the game. BF Heroes while not a new game is a game that we have not got a history of streaming issues with - there is no contradiction in the announcements one game is simply problematic and the other has given us no cause to not support it (whether that choice is 3, 6, 12, etc months late is of no relevance).

If it were just a case of getting access to a server we'd have done that already :) We need direct access to all of the game's server files which is where the problem becomes apparent due to restrictions on access to those files.

We need to be able to debug the streaming process and troubleshoot issues, these are things that we can only do effectively with access to server files.

Let's be honest about it: it'd be very unlikely but it wouldn't be impossible. There's so many if's and but's to the entire thing that it's really not worth going into depth over due to how unlikely the scenario is. Sidenote: More due to EA than us.

As long as known cheaters have been removed from the team, and the team meets our streaming requirements, there should be no issue in using PBBans Streaming services.

Unfortunately the team also needs to provide a line from their server logs at the time to proof the demo's authenticity. Note: We only accept in-game demos not third party videos like XFire or FRAPS.

Non Streaming Notification Emails are automated for your convenience to let you know something isn't right. If your team doesn't stream for 14 days then accounts are automatically deactivated and reactivation must be requested. Sounds like you need a new GSP really ;) Once your server is back online, if it doesn't automatically stream just run through the streaming steps again - no need to reapply.
