  1. Do not hijack someone elses topic, it makes it so easy for your query to be overlooked. Your issue is a simple one. There are 2 ports you are issued with a server, an rcon port (default 47200) and the actual game port (default 25200) You use the rcon port to set things up and you use the actual game port when adding the server to your team account. solution for you: Add the correct server address to your team account and then delete the wrong address.
  2. rcon port for setting up your streaming. Actual game port for adding to your team account. The default rcon port is 47200 and the default game port is 25200. Based on what you have posted I would guess that you set up streaming using port 21167 and use port 21177 when adding the server to your team account. God knows why GSP's take a perverse pleasure in confusing their customers with disinformation
  3. If any of the NFO staff are familiar with irc, they can join #pbbans on the quakenet network and talk to a staff member direct if they need to, or use this applet; http://www.pbbans.com/irc/index.php to chat direct.
  4. Windows 2008 has a more advanced firewall than 2003. Have you allowed UDP traffic to the game server port from ports 40000-50000 ?
  5. What has gametracker to do with your none streaming issue  One of the beauties of the streaming initiative we use (PBUCON) is that we can tell at a glance were any problems lie re streaming issues. At the moment we have 651 BF3 servers streaming via PBBans (and counting) if there was a problem at our end, none would be streaming. The none streaming issue your experiencing is definitely at your end, and either you or your GSP will have to resolve it. If you have provided your GSP with all the relevant information and your GSP is not able to help you resolve, what is basically a very simple issue, on your bequest, I would suggest moving to another GSP that has a clue. You may include this response in any ticket you have open with them. As well as the issues your already aware of, I hope your GSP is also aware that because BF3 has to be run on windows 2008 or later, the firewall is more advanced. So your GSP needs to allow UDP to the game server port from ports 40000-50000.
  6. Sorry, that was a link from the SA forum section. Basically non streaming issues include; Please make sure your server is listed in battlelog if it won't stream. If the server is not connected to the backend UCON will not work. It sounds like your just using the automated set up process and trying nothing else. The problem is definitely at your end of things, maybe your GSP can provide assistance.
  7. This topic seems to be going around in circles and nothing posted is going to change or improve things. An admin can stream to 16 anti cheat sites at the same time if those sites use PBUCON as their streaming initiative. If an admin wants to use the banlists of PBBans / GV / AON / GGC then all the server admin has to do is set up streaming to each site. If an admin also wants to use the PsB banlist, that's no problem either because as the sole anti cheat site remaining that uses the old rep. style method of streaming, you can use them too. By maintaining their own individual banlists, each anti cheat site is responsible for their own banlist integrity and upkeep. It also makes it a hell of a lot easier for players who find themselves on a banlist, and wish to appeal the ban,to find the right anti cheat site to make their appeal to. Not a lot more to say really, so this topic is now closed.
  8. So, lets take it from the top shall we. To set up streaming you need to use the rcon/query port, in your case it's 79.91.114.145:47200 You use either of these methods; http://www.pbbans.com/info-center-hubguide.html#ast or http://www.pbbans.com/info-center-hubguide.html#frostbitercon or http://www.pbbans.com/info-center-hubguide.html#frostbitegui There is no need to do anything else because you now have the correct server address in your team account, 79.91.114.145:25200 Streaming will kick in instantly if the streaming initiation commands are received by the server. If any of the above methods fail to get your server streaming, the issue is at your end of things. This may cast some light on why; http://www.pbbans.com/forums/bf3-issues-t147847.html Please feel free to link your RSP/GSP to the BF3 issues thread because only they can help you if any of the above streaming initiation methods fail to work.
  9. You have a server added to your team account that contains the rcon/query port - 79.91.114.145:47200 Like I posted earlier, the rcon/query port is only used to send the streaming initiation commands. You need to add the correct server address to your team account, this will be 79.91.114.145 with the actual game/join port (default 25200) and if still not streaming we will take it from there. Confirm with your RSP what the actual game/join port is before you add it to your team account.
  10. All none streaming issues are client side. Once you get the streaming initiation commands correct streaming will kick in instantly. If the automated streaming process is not working for you, try another process; http://www.pbbans.com/info-center-hubguide.html#frostbitercon http://www.pbbans.com/info-center-hubguide.html#frostbitegui If streaming is still not happening, raise a ticket with your GSP and ask them if they can sort things out for you, MPUK have had a lot of experience re none streaming issues :P
  11. So easy to overlook your query because you have tagged this onto a thread that has already had a successful outcome. The first thing you need to do is to get the correct port off your GSP. Remember that you use the rcon/query port to set up streaming (default 47200) and the actual game/join port when adding the server to your team account (default 25200) Get this sorted first and if your still not streaming we will take it from there.
  12. This is definitely your issue; http://www.pbbans.com/forums/global-punkbuster-guid-ban-8a02f1f0-t24118.html and that's all we have on it. Some players have reported that it took several attempts before the posted fix worked. If you are still having trouble try contacting EA support and have them troubleshoot your issue.
  13. Here is my reply in the other thread; Hi TSLkermit2, Your team account looks like this at the moment; *************************************************************** Team: Time Served Legends (TSL) Account ID: 11605 Streaming Status: Not Streaming (0 / 1) *************************************************************** --------------------------------------------------------------- Server List --------------------------------------------------------------- BFBC2 - 85.236.100.106:19867 --------------------------------------------------------------- User List --------------------------------------------------------------- TSLkermit2 (126645) The only server you have added has a gametype of BFBC2 with a server address of 85.236.100.106:19867 If an error has been made, just add the correct server and then delete the wrong one. If no error has been made please feel free to add your BF3 server to your team account whenever you are ready. I can see that you have now got 85.236.100.34:19567 as the only server on your team account. According to gametracker it is currently offline. Once its online and your confident you can access the server via procon, just use procon to send the streaming initiation commands; http://www.pbbans.com/info-center-hubguide.html#frostbitegui
  14. I just had to laugh at that. Another prime example of game developers learning nothing from past experience re how effective their anti cheat measures are, and once again going with the free option. How can they state and then serve up the same old useless tripe that has shown itself as so ineffective in MW2 :scratchchin: Now, if that statement had read;
  15. From what I understand the dedicated servers that IW/Activision are crowing about are unranked. The ranked servers will presumably be on the iw.net shizzle
  16. Nice to see some old and trusted names reappearing :) Welcome back guys.
  17. The server address you posted does not exist so I am guessing that you got the port wrong and the actual server address is 8.9.11.33:28930 This server is streaming via PBBans, the procedure in cases like this is to pass all the information you have to one of the clan admins, and they can initiate the process of submitting a demo for review with regards to applying a permanent ban on the pbguid used by the player concerned. The demo must be recorded using the "ingame" recording feature of the game concerned. The information the team account admin needs can be passed via a forum PM. The admin you need to contact is CIBaby - click me Or if you prefer, you can go to the clan website and sort things out there. The clan website is; http://www.twggaming.com/news.php
  18. Hi Josiah, Currently your team account looks like this; *************************************************************** Team: Team Domination (DN*) Account ID: 11647 Streaming Status: Not Streaming (0 / 1) *************************************************************** --------------------------------------------------------------- Server List --------------------------------------------------------------- COD4 - 208.100.21.34:28960 --------------------------------------------------------------- User List --------------------------------------------------------------- Josiah (138042) Use the method of your choice to get it streaming again; http://www.pbbans.com/info-center-hubguide.html
  19. Moved to the correct forum section to avoid being overlooked. First make sure that you have the correct server address. Second, make sure the server is running PB server version 1.837 or later. If you are running an earlier version of PB your RO2 server will not stream.
  20. This is PBBans, a third party anti cheat organisation and not EA customer services. I would think you would have more luck getting in touch with them.

  22. The misinformation and assumption posted elsewhere warrants a little explanation I think. This feature is not the work of EvenBalance, it's not the work of EA/DICE, It's nothing to do with Origin. This feature was thought of and coded by MaydaX in his role as PBBans website and Hub developer. At the moment the Enforce MBi Bans (EA GUID) option is only available to PBBans streaming admins. It's not on by default and the relevant flag must be selected by the streaming server admin. The newer EA games(BFBC2, MOH and BF3) all have a common pbguid linked to their EA account. Example: Previously, when a banned MOH player joined a BFBC2 server, provided he had not raised a cheat violation on BFBC2, he could do so with impunity because the Hub only checked his pbguid against the BFBC2 MBI (Master Ban Index) Now the option is there for PBBans streaming admins to allow the Hub to check every incoming player against the BFBC2 / MOH / BF3 Master Ban Indexes. If the incoming players pbguid is found on any of the 3 he will not be able to join the server. It should be noted that the Hub is doing the checking and not the server so no game server resources are used in the checking process. It's something akin to a zero tolerance policy being enforced by the Hub on the newer EA game releases that share a common pbguid. It's entirely optional, so if a server admin disagrees with with any of the above, all he has to do is not check the Enforce MBi Bans (EA GUID) flag. This feature is unique to PBBans but will probably go the way of every other feature we have pioneered by being copied in its entirety by other sites with no credit given, seems to be the way of the world these days :(
  23. Because you have raised a cheat violation, your topic has been moved to a totally private forum section to prevent the inevietable flame from other forum users. This topic is now only viewable to you and PBBans staff members. If you are successful with your appeal your forum status will be upgraded to member. This is PBBans standard operating procedure for anyone that registers on our forums that appears on the PBBans Master Ban Index.
