Correct - Evenbalance have stated that there will be no Windows 7 support until it's release - so if you are running the Beta or soon to be released RC, then PB will not work.

Yep, that is a ban announcement, caused by having the "announce new bans" flag activated in your AccCP.

Server was previously owned by a clan with members on the MBI - I have removed the server ban so all should be good now.

The reason will be for Evenbalance to decide - nothing we can do. You are not banned here anyway, only at GGC.

Those GUIDs are not banned here. This is PBBans, not GGC - so you need to speak to GGC about this. Having said that, we have a few appeals complaining about Mumble at the moment. One says that their entire clan uses it - yet only that one person is banned. I am starting to think that this is being used as an excuse, just because there were past issues with Mumble (no idea if they still happen).

He can't. The GUID is banned by us and every other AC outfit, as well as being globally banned by Evenbalance themselves. The GUID is caused by having an invalid cd key entered on installation. So, nobody who gets that GUID has hacked - but it will remain on our MBI to prevent people with improper cd keys accessing servers. To be linked to it on the MPI is no big deal at all - hell, if I type in my CD key wrong in 2142, I would be linked to it too ;)

You need to reinstall the game and it will be fixed :)
