Are you a part of a clan that is already streaming to us? If not, then apply either as a clan, or as an organization, not both. If your clan already has an account, have the account holder add your server to the clan's account number. Thirdly, what IP and game-port are you trying to stream?

Your GUID is what gets banned by PB globally, it also gets banned by private anti-cheat sites, depending on the detection(and who's it is) like our anti-cheat site, PBBans.com. There are others, as well, such as punksbusted.com, and several others. Again, if you post the last 8 characters of your GUID here, we can tell you more about your ban, and perhaps a solution for it, or at least a direction to take your queries in. If you are not willing, I can't see much further use for this thread. We're willing to help, but help us help you, by doing so. RW

Make sure to choose your exact game from the drop-down menu at the top of the webtool Defaults to BF2, you need to select BF2142 first, then enter your info as required, and run it again. RW

They ban your GUID, which is associated with your cd-key. As do we, but ours only applies to streaming servers who use our private services. Theirs apply to all servers who have pb software enabled. If you would like a clearer answer, connect to any pb-enabled server, and simply open your game's console, and copy down the last 8 characters of your GUID, and post them here, for one of us to look at. Might shed some light on where your ban came from. RW

What port did you use? What game? If a BF-series game, your rcon port is different than your server's port, and do not post the rcon port in this thread, please, that is private information for BF-series game admins per their servers only. Also, what error did you recieve. Did you choose the right game from the drop-down menu? A few possible things to look at, and then post back, or jump on IRC, link button at the top of the forums, for real-time help, if you don't have a client. RW

Yup, very simple. The clan-tag is for our admin-purposes only, so modify it slightly, by adding a character such as a . or - etc. Or, if you can provide us with the previous account number or leader's name on our forums, we could also change the leadership name, to give you control. Provide server IP/Port as well would be helpful in resolving the issue. RW

We're not PB, we're a privately run anti-cheat site. PB is created by www.evenbalance.com Only evenbalance provides global bans. Our bans only apply to servers that stream to our services, and choose to use the option. You can read more about how we work and what we do on our homepage.

SGA is Streaming Game Admin, or those you see here with green names on the forums. A status given to those that stream to us. What we can and will do is look into the IP you're wanting to stream, and attempt to contact the current holder of the IP listed as an SGA, and work from there, please be patient, as we need to make sure that they are inactive, etc. Your request is not unusual, as IP's are often changed, and not removed from another account. Our policy is to ensure that we're not removing a given IP from one SGA and giving it to another, without going through proper protocols first. Thanks for your patience. RW

Some DNS resolve issues, likely, on your end. Might just take a bit of time before your ISP resolves it completely, and unfortunately, not much we can do on our end. It shouldn't take to long, if you're able to reach the site with a reboot. RW

Can you also provide us with who is currently named as the streaming head SGA? This will save us some search time. RW

You should be able to add the server to your account and set it up for streaming now. RW

Send your host a support ticket and have them mail you your setup info with regards to rcon pass and so on. Very handy information to have when running a server, for more than just streaming. RW

You can give the Automated Setup Tool a try. Alternately, if you use BF2CC you can enter the 7 required rcon commands, Click Me Keep us posted, and if you require more help, join us on IRC for real-time help. RW

Server IP, port and game would help us a bit here. I'm guessing that you're asking why your server is not streaming?

pb_sv_uconadd 1 "208.122.49.138" "pbbhub1" "pbbanshub" is the correct profile. Also may want to set the ucontimeout back to the default setting of 90 300 seems a little excessive. Just as an fyi, always list the game, the server IP and the port when trouble-shooting here, as it helps us narrow things down a fair bit. BF2 won't give any feedback from an rcon command, unfortunately.

Have you re-configured your servers to stream to the new hub profile? pb_sv_uconadd 1 "208.122.49.138" "pbbhub1" "pbbanshub" That line needs to be edited in your pbsv.cfg file on your servers, and then either restart the server or issue a /pb_sv_restart command via rcon. Alternatively, you can also use the Automated Setup Tool on the homepage.

Try using the webtool on your other servers, now that you can get the main page to load up properly. Also, did you re-boot the other servers, or issue the /pb_sv_restart command from rcon?

I'm glad to see we're back up and running. I've been in withdrawal myself. Job well done to Bob and MaydaX and a big thanks to the new host for the great service in getting us up and installed so quickly. :)
